By registering as a service provider on Surfyx, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Eligibility and Registration

  • Providers must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
  • You must provide accurate and complete business information, including legal entity details, contact information, and applicable licenses or permits.
  • Surfyx reserves the right to verify your identity and the authenticity of the services or products you offer.

2. Permitted Products and Services

Providers may offer products or services related to surfing, including but not limited to:

  • Surf equipment rentals (e.g., boards, wetsuits).
  • Surf lessons or training programs.
  • Photography and videography services for surf events.
  • Products such as surfboards, accessories, or merchandise.
  • Other surf-related services approved by Surfyx.

Surfyx reserves the right to remove or restrict any product or service that violates our policies or standards.

3. Provider Responsibilities

As a service provider, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and legality of the products or services listed on Surfyx.
  • Providing clear and accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Delivering products or services as promised, without misrepresentation.
  • Maintaining sufficient inventory or capacity to fulfill orders in a timely manner and communicating any delays or issues promptly to customers.
  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Fees, Commission, and Payments

  • Surfyx charges a standard commission of 15% on every successful transaction made through the platform. This commission is deducted automatically from the transaction amount.
  • All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, ensuring buyer and seller protection.
  • Providers are responsible for applicable taxes on their earnings.
  • Surfyx reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice to all affected providers.

5. Customer Interactions

  • Providers must maintain professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.
  • All disputes with customers must be resolved in accordance with our Dispute Resolution Policy.
  • Refunds and cancellations must adhere to the Surfyx Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Offering counterfeit or unauthorized products or services.
  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.
  • Using the platform to harass, defame, or harm others.
  • Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

7. Termination and Suspension

Surfyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Policy or engage in activities detrimental to the platform or its users. Any outstanding payments or obligations must be fulfilled upon termination.

8. Indemnification

Providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surfyx, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or related to your use of the platform or your breach of this Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

Surfyx reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform and take effect immediately upon posting.
